Our Mission at Hoosier Energy Associates, Inc. is to be the best possible supplier of geothermal equipment and products we can possibly be.

We will strive towards this goal by constantly searching for and implementing new ways to be of greater and better service to our customers.

We recognize that our own success is solely due to the success of our dealer-customers and their customers receiving what they expected.

To that end we will offer products and services that perform as represented.

We will constantly be looking for ways to assist our dealer-customers improve their skills and abilities in application, engineering, sales, installation and service.

We commit to responding to requests from our dealer-customers for products and services the same day as received if possible. We commit to complete honesty and integrity in all our dealings.

Satisfied consumer-owners of geothermal systems is our goal. While profits are necessary, we recognize that there are times when profits must be sacrificed for customer satisfaction and fulfillment. We can be counted upon to do our share in these times.
